Site Leaders Workshop
As part of the company’s commitment to strengthening communication and engagement between site employees and the head office, the first Site Leaders Workshop for 2026 was held at the head office with the participation of site leaders.
The workshop featured a series of interactive sessions and activities aimed at enhancing operational excellence, reinforcing performance discipline, and identifying priority improvement opportunities. It also included the recognition of sites that achieved the highest levels of performance and excellence during 2025.
The workshop concluded with a speech by the CEO, in which he emphasized the company’s firm and ongoing commitment to elevating safety standards, embedding a professional and disciplined corporate culture, and fostering a work environment that supports high performance and is grounded in the values of work ethics and professional responsibility.
