Board of Directors Meetings 2021
The Board of Directors of Alshawamikh, which was elected during the annual AGM meeting in March 2021 in the presence of a large number of shareholders from the states of Bahla and Adam, held its first meeting this year and endorsed the scheduled agenda. The Board was briefed on this year's detailed action plan, which was presented and discussed by Dr. Aflah Al Hadhrami, our Chief Executive Officer. Finally, the Board reviewed several topics, the most important of which are: the formation of the Board of Directors and pop-up committees, introducing the company, its objectives and achievements, the Journey of Excellence that the company is going through, and the programs adopted for the development of human capital
